Explainer Onboarding - Welcome to Jillipp

This is our guided onboarding. We will discuss the following points with you in a video call. If you still have questions after the call, you can use this page as a reference or send us an email.

Our onboarding is divided into three parts:

1 - Goals
2 - Process
3 - Costs

1 - Goals

Before we start production, it is important to clearly define the basic goals for our joint project.
The following questions help us to understand the framework conditions and ensure that the project will be a success.

  • There is often a range of topics and people are tempted to pack even more information into a 1:30 minute video. The danger here is that the information density becomes too high and the viewer is ultimately overwhelmed.

Let's find out what is really important and absolutely must be in the video!

  • Here we ask ourselves, who is our target audience?
What devices and networks does our audience use?
    Do my viewersunderstand the content?

  • Should the Explainer inspire, inform or instruct?
Where is the video primarily played? (Smartphone, desktop, digital screen...)

  • What verifiable behavior should follow after watching the Explainer videos ?
Is there a "call to action"?

2 - Procedure

Here is an overview of the creation process of an Explainer videos.
The production time usually takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the duration of the feedback loops and our availability.
Tutorial videos require less production time than videos with elaborate character animations.

3 - Costs

Last but not least, we need to talk about the price of the Explainer videos . You will receive a non-binding offer from us that includes all usage rights. All offers include two correction loops.
The costs are mainly made up of the following factors.
